Daniel and Princess attended @vive.paloalto with me and reached out wanting to make a faith move to purchase a new home during the coronavirus pandemic. After some fierce negotiations, we were able to make this miracle move! Daniel nudged his co-workers and friends, Camila and Sophia, to also check out this new neighborhood. They reached out to me within days and I was able to secure a home for them in the same neighborhood. Friends and neighbors — look at that!
“We had been physically looking at homes for 10 to 14 days. Princess searched on Zillow day and night for at least two months. We found one that we loved and lost due to competition. We went, and on top of the incentives, we were the first to see the unit we ended up getting — with $25,000 cut off the top. We went inside and it was wonderful, with a full suite of professional appliances. Moreover, we felt that God called us to stay in the Bay Area, and the constant nudges and the final push were clear.”

Neville’s story of homeownership is one of my favorites. We started searching in the Central Valley, and he liked how big the homes were and their great price point, but the commute from the Bay Area would’ve been brutal. His church family and job were a big reason I suggested Hayward. In the end, Siri...
